When you’re ready to remove the dressing, make sure your hands are clean. Gently wash the tattooed area with antibacterial soap and lukewarm water. Pat dry with a kitchen roll—avoid rubbing the area. Apply a thin layer of your chosen aftercare cream; we recommend Bepanthen (nappy rash cream) for its gentle, soothing properties.
